Spray cleaning / Chamber wash
This cleaning method is mainly used for large and flat workpieces. While the cleaning medium, usually aqueous cleaners, is sprayed at high speed through nozzles onto the surface to be cleaned.
The impurities are thereby partly solved by the detergent or emulsified and partly washed away by the spray.
To guarantee uniform cleaning of all component surfaces, an additional movement of the washing material can and / or the nozzle may be required.
DeSonic spray cleaning systems can be in different sizes and design variants (with and without ultrasound) designed and manufactured.
